Nothing really happened for ten minutes. Then the B'wa Kell were up to no good with the soft nose lasers. Opel was the person responsible for the entire thing. She mesmerized Carrère all those times. She also helped the B'wa Kell plan the entire thing. She is one of the people who made all of the weapons for the lower elements.
